The Meralco Bolts came back from a 21-point deficit but ran out of time to force a deciding game 3 and ends the conference with a 4th loss to the Derby Ace Llamados. Macmac Cardona scored 20 of his 26 points in the 2nd half to cut down the lead of B-Meg to three points at the start of the 4th quarter.
Chris Ross had another all-around performance with 20 points, 3 rebouds, 7 assists and 3 steals in a losing effort, while Gabby Espinas had another double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds. New Meralco Bolts players Reed Juntilla and Mark Isip both scored 10 points.
